Who we are

NY Talent Management (“we”, “us”) operates talentmanagementny.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. For anything related to your data, contact us at travelingdoktor@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you submit yourself through the application form:

• Your stage name, legal name, email address, age, location, and phone number.
• Links you choose to share (Instagram, portfolio, video or audio reels).
• Details relevant to your discipline, such as measurements for models or instruments for musicians.
• Photos, videos, audio, and documents you attach to your application.

Like every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) used solely for security and operations. We run no advertising, no analytics trackers, and set no marketing cookies.

How we use it

We use your application to evaluate your materials, contact you about your application, and match you with bookings and creative opportunities. We never sell your personal data, and we share it only as needed for the placement process itself.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in a private, access-controlled Google Drive workspace, and a notification email is delivered to our team via Gmail. The website is hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase App Hosting) in the United States. The application form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes a technical token when you submit. Google and Cloudflare process this data on our behalf under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual safeguards.

Legal basis & retention

We process your application based on your consent and as a step toward entering a working relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)), and we keep technical logs based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). We retain applications while they are under active consideration; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email travelingdoktor@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Age requirement

Our services are intended for adults. Do not submit an application if you are under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its date. Significant changes will be noted prominently here.
